This is a full-time day shift position offering a collaborative environment and the opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care in the operating room. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures, ensuring all equipment and instruments are sterilized and ready
• Assist surgeons and nurses during procedures by passing instruments, maintaining sterile fields, and anticipating needs
• Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure
• Handle specimens and ensure proper labeling and documentation
• Clean and restock operating rooms post-procedure
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surgical Technician
• Certification (CST) preferred but not required
• BLS certification required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
