Medical Assistant – Internal Medicine | Waltham, MA | Full-Time Location: Waltham, Massachusetts Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week Department: Internal Medicine – Busy Primary Care Practice Position Overview A full-time Certified Medical Assistant is needed to support a fast-paced Internal Medicine team in Waltham. This role combines clinical and administrative duties to help deliver high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Rooming patients and recording vital signs
• Performing EKGs and assisting with procedures
• Managing prior authorizations and patient education
• Supporting documentation and administrative workflows
• Collaborating with providers and nursing staff

Requirements

• Medical Assistant Certification (required)
• BLS Certification (required)
• Flu vaccination required for new hires starting 9/2; all staff must be vaccinated by 12/1 (no declinations accepted)
• Coversheet must be submitted with application
• Local candidates only; no relocation or travel support
